Commissioner's Thoughts:
A match of probably the MLSSL's best, both teams have great flavor of international talent. Los Angeles a team yet to lose in the Commissioner's Cup, is still the team that dominates, as Monica Seles does the Austrilian Open. Los Angeles just had the luck and streak to knock off Chicago, Paule and Etcheverry, 2 of the 4 strong mids the Galaxy play, scored. The Galaxy defense was too much for Chiago, Ravelli, the Swedish International was solid at net. Zubizareta of Spain let in 2 soft goals. With 5 bookings the match was very intense and the homefield advantage was too much.
